Cancellation Policy

Everyone has unforeseen situations, or memory lapses in moments of busy life. A lot of pre work goes into setting up for the client making the experience a pleasant one. I would therefore ask 24 hours notice is given to avoid cancelation charges.

If I cancel - I will refund, or not charge.

If I experience more than two occasions where a cancellation is not within the defined 24 hr notice period, I will require a non refundable deposit in any future bookings for the client.

If a client can not attend due to Covid - 19 symptoms or contact with someone that has, then no cancellation charge will be made.


Group bookings - Cancellation fees will be made at time of booking. Due to preparing for multiple people and should venues be needed.

Furniture Sale Policy

All furniture is sold as seen, it will have be painted and waxed or lacquered with the named paint/wax/lacquer . I will also provide a small pot of paint for touch up and wax, should your item get scratched on the way home, with instructions.

Please be aware all furniture is pre owned and upcycled, it is not perfect, the beauty is helping the environment and sustaining wood instead of increasing volumes in refuge centres, sustaining the life of the furniture item. Time and care has been invested into the items restoration, to become a unique item . All furniture is to be collected from its location in Bracknell, by arrangement. There is no facilities for delivery.

Certifications

Certifications can be viewed for Reiki Level 1 and Level 2, Evidence of Chalk Painting Courses, Evidence of Spiritual development courses, I am certified in First Aid with CPR & Defibrillator use. In addition I received organic company coaching and practiced the GROW coaching model for many years.

Payment services Policy

The following methods can be used to pay for services and goods:

  1. Square Reader - contactless/swipe/insert card (VISA/MASTERCARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS/APPLE PAY/G PAY) please contact me advance for APPLE PAY and G PAY)

  2. PayPal

  3. Direct money transfer by arrangement

  4. Cash ( receipt given)

I do not operate cheque payments.

A manual or electronic receipt can be provided.

ALL services must be paid in advance or on the day (for large bookings by specific arrangement, but generally prior to event)
